Windows 10 can't detect my printer. First, unplug the USB cable from the printer if present. Go to Control panel Programs and feature- Select all the HP Deskjet printer entries and uninstall them. Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer-Select all the printer entries and remove the device.

  1. Open Windows search by pressing Windows Key + Q.
  2. Type in "printer."
  3. Select Printers & Scanners.
  4. Hit Add a printer or scanner.
  5. Choose The printer that I want isn't listed.
