Step 3: In the address bar enter the ‘zohomail.com’ and then press the enter button.

Step 4: Which will display you a Zoho Mail home page.

Step 5: Now in the login section click on the link ‘forgot your password’.

Step 6: Just click on that link and then you will redirect to a new window.

Step 7: There it will ask you to choose the given option to recover your password.

Step 8: Click on ‘recover through alternate email id’ and the press enter.

Step 9: It will send you a recovery link on the alternate email id.

Step 10: Click on that link now again a window will open.

Step 11: There just enter your new password and then again enter that password in the next box for the confirmation of it.

Step 12: When done just click on the ‘submit’ button.

Hence by now, your Zoho account password has been recovered. One can access their respective account by just entering the newly changed password.

How to ‘change Zoho mail password’ of your personal account?

Step 1: Open your favorite search engine on your device.

Step 2: Enter ‘zohomail.com’ over there and then make it search.

Step 3: A login page will open in front of your screen.

Step 4: There enter your required email address and password in the desired field. And press on login button.

Step 5: In the Zoho account page, click on the ‘settings’ option which is present on the top of the screen.

Step 6: From there click on the ‘advanced’ tab.

Step 7: In the Advanced tab, just click on the ‘account settings’ and move to next level.

Step 8: In that field, click on the ‘change password’ option.

Step 9: A new window will open, just enter the required new password in the field.

Step 10: Now then again enter your new password in the next field and then press the enter button.

Step 11: Finally click on the ‘save changes’ option which is present on the bottom of the page.

Hence now your account password has been changed successfully. And one can login to their accounts by entering your new changed password in the required field.
