How to Cancel or Downgrade Xfinity Services?
- Xfinity Stream package can be canceled online. To do the same, you have to open http://www.xfinity.com/instant-tv/cancel and submit your request for cancellation. It takes 48 hours to get canceled.
- You can also call at Xfinity phone number 1-800-934-6489 and follow the prompts to "downgrade service" or "cancel service".
- Chat with them online. 7 days a week (8AM-11PM EST).
