How to Change the Default Font Face and Size in Outlook

Outlook is the official mailing account from the Microsoft company. Now in case you are a novice user and you are installing it in your system for the first time then you will see that this account comes with some default settings that the company think is quite appropriate for the users.

But just in case you want to change the settings according to your choice then you either contact outlook technical support or you have to follow the below instructions very carefully:-

Outlook's Font, Size and Color 2010, 2013 or 2016

  • The first user have to open Outlook account
  • Then you have to click on the File  that is present in the outlook
  • After that, you have to tap on the Options
  • Followed by navigating and tapping on the Mail option
  • Now you have to go to the compose messages option and there you need to click where the "Stationery and Fonts" button is present

             

  • After that just proceed to the "Personal stationery" tab

             

  • Now this is the place where you can change the font, color and style of the new messages as well as of the replies and forwards

             

  •  In case you want to choose a predefined theme then you can simply choose from the several options available
  • For that, you have to click on the theme option
  • Now just click on the favorite theme from the list of the theme
  • At the end, you need to finish the process by clicking on the ok button

Outlook's Font, Size and Color 2003 or 2007

  • Here you need to go to select a Tools option followed by the tapping on Options

                 TOOLS > OPTIONS

  • And then you have to go to the Mail format
  • Clicks the Fonts option under Stationery and Fonts.
  • Now under the new mail messages or under the replying or forwarding messages
  • You need to click on the Font button and then you have to choose your desired fonts for each of them
  • To finish up the process just click on ok button
